To practice nursing in Singapore, international nurses must apply for the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Exam through an employer. Start by securing a job offer from a licensed healthcare institution in Singapore. The employer’s HR team will submit your application via SNB’s online portal. You’ll need to provide certified true copies of your passport, nursing diploma or degree, academic transcripts, current nursing license, proof of clinical experience, and English language proficiency test results (IELTS/TOEFL). All documents must be in English or officially translated. Once submitted, SNB will review your qualifications. If eligible, you’ll receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) from Pearson VUE. You can then book and sit for the computer-based licensure exam. After passing, finalize registration steps with SNB to obtain your nursing license.
